Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intent mobile application (“App”), the Intent website (“Site”), and any related services provided by Intent.
Intent is currently operated by Armand RIBEIRO, France (“Intent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the App, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Intent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Intent.
For questions regarding these Terms, you may contact us at support@intentmobile.com.
Account registration
An Intent account is required to use the App.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Intent may allow you to create or access your account using Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activities carried out through your account.
You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without authorization.
Eligibility
Intent is intended for a general audience and does not impose a specific minimum age beyond the requirements of applicable law.
By using Intent, you represent that you are legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If applicable law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian before you may enter into these Terms or use certain features of Intent, you may use Intent only after obtaining the required authorization.
Intent services
Intent is a digital wellbeing and productivity application designed to help Users reduce unwanted or distracting application usage.
Depending on the features enabled, Intent may allow Users to:
Select distracting applications
Create blocking rules
Redirect selected applications to alternative applications
Schedule rules
Configure intervention preferences
Monitor application usage
Track interventions, progress, and statistics
Synchronize settings and information between supported devices
Access additional Premium features
Intent is intended to help Users create more intentional digital habits.
Intent does not guarantee that Users will reduce their screen time, improve productivity, develop particular habits, or achieve any specific personal result.
Android permissions
Certain Intent features require Android permissions or system access.
These may include:
Usage Access
Accessibility Service access
Display over other apps
Notification permissions
Background operation
Alarms and reminders
Limited access to installed application information
These permissions are necessary for features such as detecting selected application activity, displaying intervention screens, blocking or redirecting applications, scheduling rules, and generating usage statistics.
You remain in control of Android permissions and may revoke them through your device settings.
However, disabling a permission required by Intent may cause certain features to stop working or prevent Intent from operating correctly.
Service limitations
Intent relies on Android functionality, device manufacturers, system permissions, third-party applications, Google services, network connectivity, and other technologies outside our direct control.
We therefore cannot guarantee that every blocking, intervention, scheduling, tracking, or redirection feature will function without interruption on every device, Android version, manufacturer configuration, or third-party application.
Android updates, manufacturer restrictions, battery optimization systems, security settings, third-party app updates, or changes to Google policies may affect the functionality of Intent.
Intent should not be relied upon as a security system, parental control system, emergency service, or mechanism for preventing access to applications in circumstances where failure could create a risk of harm.
We may make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported Android devices but do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every device or operating system version.
Free version
Intent may offer a free version containing a limited selection of features.
The availability, limits, and functionality of the free version may change as Intent evolves.
We may introduce, remove, or modify free features where reasonably necessary for the development and operation of the service.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular Premium feature will permanently be made available free of charge.
Intent Premium
Intent may offer a paid subscription called Intent Premium.
Unless another price is displayed through Google Play at the time of purchase, Intent Premium is currently intended to be offered at:
USD $3.99 per month
USD $29.99 per year
Applicable taxes, currencies, regional pricing, exchange rates, or Google Play pricing rules may affect the final amount displayed to you.
The price displayed by Google Play before confirming your purchase is the price applicable to that transaction.
Premium features may include additional rules, advanced statistics, scheduling options, customization features, synchronization features, and other functionality identified as Premium within the App.
Subscription renewal
Intent Premium subscriptions are recurring subscriptions.
Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another billing period and the applicable subscription charge will be processed through Google Play.
Monthly subscriptions normally renew monthly.
Annual subscriptions normally renew annually.
The applicable renewal date, price, and subscription information are available through your Google Play account.
We may change subscription prices in the future.
Where required, Users will receive notice of applicable price changes and will have the rights provided by Google Play and applicable law.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your Intent Premium subscription at any time through your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future automatic renewals but does not normally terminate your Premium access immediately.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play rules, Premium access will remain available until the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.
Deleting the Intent App or deleting your Intent account does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription.
You are responsible for cancelling the subscription through Google Play if you no longer wish to be charged for future renewal periods.
Payments
All Intent Premium purchases made through the Android application are processed through Google Play Billing.
Payment information, including credit card or debit card details entered into Google Play, is processed by Google.
Intent does not directly process or store your full payment card information.
Your purchase may also be subject to Google's applicable terms, billing policies, and payment conditions.
Intent may receive limited transaction information necessary to determine whether your Premium subscription is active.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play's applicable refund policies, the circumstances of the purchase, your location, and any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Where Google Play handles a refund request directly, the request will be processed according to Google Play's applicable policies.
Where you are instructed to contact Intent regarding a payment or refund issue, you may contact:
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
User responsibilities
You agree to use Intent responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use Intent for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Exploit vulnerabilities or technical errors for unauthorized purposes
Use automated systems to overload or abuse Intent infrastructure

User settings and data
Users may create rules, schedules, preferences, app classifications, and other personal configurations within Intent.
This information is associated with your account and may be synchronized through Intent's infrastructure.
Intent does not currently provide a public social platform for Users to publicly publish photos, videos, messages, posts, or similar User-generated content.
You retain your rights in information that you provide to Intent.
You grant Intent the limited rights necessary to store, process, synchronize, and use that information solely to operate and provide the Intent service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Intent, including its software, source code, interfaces, visual design, graphics, logos, icons, text, animations, website design, branding, databases, features, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Armand RIBEIRO unless otherwise stated.
Your use of Intent does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Intent for your own lawful personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Intent except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, errors, or discontinuation of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Where third-party changes affect Intent, we may need to modify, temporarily disable, or discontinue affected features.

Intent is an evolving product.
We may add, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features from time to time.
This may include changes to free and Premium functionality, provided that we comply with applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.
We may also change the design, technical infrastructure, supported devices, integrations, permissions, or system requirements.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an Intent account where reasonably necessary if we believe that:
These Terms have been materially violated
The account is being used fraudulently
The service is being abused
Another User's rights or security are threatened
Intent infrastructure or security is threatened
The User attempts unauthorized access to systems or data
Suspension is required by law
Continued access could cause material harm to Intent or others
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action.
Serious security violations, fraud, illegal activity, or urgent threats may result in immediate suspension.
Termination or suspension does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your Intent account through the functionality provided within Intent or through another deletion process made available by us.
You may also contact:
Deleting your account may permanently delete synchronized rules, settings, preferences, statistics, and other account-associated information.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
If you have an active subscription, you should separately cancel it through Google Play.

Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information is described in the Intent Privacy Policy.
By using Intent, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
